SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, and to make sure they reach you in perfect condition we dispatch all orders on next day delivery at a rate of £7.50 for orders under £70 and free for orders over £70.
We use Royal Mail 24 for the majority of orders placed online. The sending of perishable goods has high associated costs of packaging and carrier fees so we have a minimum order of £30. Orders can be made for collection, this has no minimum value - please contact us directly to place these orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following day, deliveries take place Tuesday to Friday usually between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00. If you would like a Saturday delivery this will be possible for most locations, and a small additional fee. Please contact us.

once you have placed & paid for your order, please ensure that you are available to take receipt of your delivery or have a safe place for your delivery to be stored. we will not be responsible for your order once it is in the hands of the postal service.

All orders are packed in specially designed, insulated boxes with ice to maintain the chilled temperature of goods for up to 48hrs.

In the unlikely event that items you ordered are out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible with the relevant options.

If your order is urgent or you would like to order items for delivery to multiple addresses please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
REFUND POLICY
Here at Robinson's Smokehouse, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, please let us know.

Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if the following:

The product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

The product is not as described or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note, we do not offer refunds on the following:

Perishable goods that have been opened or partially consumed.

Products purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.

Products that have been stored or handled incorrectly after delivery.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at hello@robinsonssmokehouse.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Include photographic evidence of any damage or defect. All information is helpful to ensure we are doing the best we can.
We may ask for the product to be returned to us in its original packaging for inspection.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If applicable, return shipping costs will be covered by Robinson's Smokehouse for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we will gladly exchange the product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, we will endeavor to supply your replacement as soon as we possibly can.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
